Joe Klementovich
As a freelance photographer, editorial and advertising work has filled up most of his time, contributing to likes of Climbing, Couloir, and Shape Magazine or working with clients such as Eastern Mountain Sports, New Hampshire Department of Travel and Tourism and Wild Things. “I’ve always been attached to New Hampshire, I grew up in the southern parts, until they turned into Northern Massachusetts, then headed north to hang out in the hills.” Joe has spent years randomly traveling but mostly on climbing trips, Chamonix, Yosemite, Newfoundland but his favorite lines are in his backyard, North Conway, NH. Living in White Mountains makes it easy him to get at great locations in the North East. He’s been able to squirrel away a few secret powder stashes, hidden fishing-holes, obscure lichen-choked finger cracks and a rare moment of solitude now and again. Of course the only ones he’ll tell about these spots are his wife Susan and sons, Alex and Ben but they’re all sworn to secrecy!

Offering high elevation performance and yes, even style, the Mountain Hardwear Men's Dome Perignon Beanie is a windproof fleece hat that continues to be a top seller. Made from Polartec Thermal Pro Nailhead fleece on top, this fleece beanie is lined with AirShield Elite to stop cold winds from penetrating and has a stretch panel at the back to create a snug fit. The fleece-lined earband is soft and the entire hat remains breathable to help vent sweat when activity levels increase. Weighing in at less than 3 ounces, this winter hat is versatile enough to pack for backpacking trips during all 4 seasons and is comfy enough to help you catch some ZZZs on a cross-Atlantic flight. Customers say the windproof fabric cuts down on your ability to hear but agree that it is a worthy tradeoff for superior wind protection. From a spring ski tour in the Rockies to a winter walk along the cliffs of Lake Superior, the Mountain Hardwear Dome Perignon Beanie for men is a versatile favorite with a high warmth-to-weight ratio.
